On Monday 15th of February 2021 morning, the Concession agreement for the PPP D4 project has been signed by Mr. minister Karel Havlíček and the Concessionaire representatives Mr. Christian Biegert and Vojtěch Janoušek. The concessionaire has been established as a DIVia D4 spol s r.o. based on the Czech law. Now all the conditions precedent needs to be fulfilled to be able to reach the financial close, which is planned in the second half of March 2021. The works should start immediately after that.
