Preferred bidder is DIVia (composed from VINCI Highways SAS, VINCI Concessions SAS a Meridiam Investments SAS). Now during the first weeks of 2021, the approval process on the Government and Parliamentary level will take place in line with the applicable law (Article 18c of the Road Act 13/1997 Coll.)
