Due to the impact of the pandemic situation on the financial markets and together with the issue of consolidated version of changes in TOR and to to the bidders comfort, the Ministry of Transport has decided to postpone the deadline for submission of bids to 15th of September 2020. Despite the current situation marked by the effects of the pandemic situation, all three participants remain in the tender proces and the contracting authority believes that the approved changes in TOR will allow the biddders to finalizace their bids in this framework.
