The 3rd round of the competitive dialogue took place

During the week beginning 23th of September 2019 up to 1st of October 2019 the 3rd round of the competitive dialogue took place at the MD with all participants. It was a full two meeting days for each participant (September 23 - September 24 - Via4 (Porr + OHL + EGIS); September 26 - September 27 - HOST (Hochtief + Strabag); September 30 - October 1 DIVia (Vinci + Eurovia)). The Ministry of Transport expects that the 4th round of dialogue will be held in mid-January 2020, which should be the last round before the call for bids.

Discussing the legal issues of the Agreement and its annexes, each participant could bring to the table 10 legal areas that were discussed in detail; this discussion was preceded by a presentation on the state of investment preparation.
Discussing financial issues, in particular questions about the content of the bids (requirement to secure a 100% financing commitment together with the bid and bear the risks of change in financial markets between the BAFO and the Financial close; usage of CZK / EUR or a combination of both, methods of payment or compensation with regard to the possibility of two currencies
Implementation of the BIM solution for the project (new Annex 18 to the Agreement) to ensure not only the design and construction phase, but also to optimize the entire project management throughout the life cycle for mutual information exchange
Minimum technical requirements for route parameters and its individual features
